At Carrick Wines we strive to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.

Our paper products are made of recycled paper and printed with water based ink. The black plastic sleeves we use can to keep the bottles from bumping together can be reused or added to your compost pile. After the grapes are processed the remaining stems and skins are used as compost for new planting.

Come and taste our great wines and ciders made from local produce, and utilizing a local labour force including our professional vine pruners - our sheep!
